We’re Glad You’re Here
Visiting a new church can feel intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. We want your first visit to Florence Baptist Church to be warm, welcoming, and stress-free. Here’s what you can expect when you walk through our doors.
Finding Us
We’re located at 1720 Windy Wood Rd in Pelion, SC. When you arrive, you’ll find parking near the main entrance. Greeters will be at the doors to welcome you and help you find your way around.
A Warm Welcome
Expect a friendly greeting from our church family. We love meeting new faces! Don’t worry about dressing up — come as you are. You’ll see everything from suits to jeans on a Sunday morning.
Worship Service
Our Sunday morning worship begins at 11:00 AM. The service includes Christ-honoring music, prayer, and verse-by-verse Bible preaching. Services typically last about 75 minutes.
Sunday School
Before the worship service, at 10:00 AM, we offer Sunday School classes for every age — from nursery through adults. It’s a great way to go deeper in God’s Word and connect with others. Visitors are always welcome in any class.
Children & Nursery
Nursery care is available for babies and toddlers under 3 years old during Sunday School and the worship service. Children of all ages are welcome in the worship service — we don’t mind a little wiggling.
After the Service
